Crowned Hornbill

Gekroonde Neushoringvoël · Lophoceros alboterminatus

A dark forest hornbill with a slender curved red bill and white belly, far less conspicuous than the park's open-country hornbills. It moves through riverine and dense woodland in small parties, feeding on fruit and insects, and breeds by walling the female into a tree cavity.
