Grey Go-away-bird
Kwêvoël · Crinifer concolor
This smoky-grey bird with a tall, floppy crest gets its funny name from its loud nasal call that sounds exactly like someone shouting 'go away!' It often warns other animals when danger is near, which can frustrate hunters and predators. It clambers around treetops eating fruit, flowers, leaves, and buds with its strong feet.
