Large-spotted Genet

Rooikolmuskeljaatkat · Genetta tigrina

A slender, cat-like creature with a beautifully spotted coat and an extraordinarily long ringed tail. The large-spotted genet (also called the rusty-spotted genet) climbs trees with ease and hunts at night for insects, mice, and birds. Its rusty-brown blotches and black-tipped tail give it a glamorous, leopard-in-miniature look as it slinks through the branches and undergrowth.
