White-browed Scrub-Robin

A common scrub-robin of bushveld undergrowth, brown above with a bold white eyebrow, a streaked breast and a rufous rump and white-cornered tail that it constantly flicks and cocks. It hops on the ground near cover, feeding on insects, and dashes into bushes when disturbed. The male is a fine songster, delivering a clear, varied whistling tune from a low perch.
