Brown-headed Parrot

Kruger's common parrot, a compact green bird with a soft brown head and vivid yellow underwings that show in flight. Noisy flocks whistle overhead between feeding trees, where they eat fruit, seeds and nuts. It nests in tree holes and is present throughout the year.
